Sephardic Community Center
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
E.W. Howell was chosen to provide construction services for the Sephardic Community Center, a not-for-profit religious institution in Brooklyn, NY. The scope of the project includes construction of a new 139,600 SF 5-story (plus lower level) building addition that houses a new gymnasium, classrooms, offices and multi-purpose rooms. This project also included, extensive renovation of existing rooms, HVAC, and electrical upgrade. These renovations were made while the institution remained in operation.
